I am an artist of mystical and alchemical sound, facilitating EXPERIENCES to awaken creative energy and creative expression through merging the Soul and Human Self.
Having spent 20 years working professionally in theatre, ritual and performance,
I now specialise in guiding people to work with Life Force Energy through sound, ritual, kundalini yoga and meditation… inviting the human to explore every aspect of their being in every realm and dimension.
Weaving the ancient practices of the Temple Arts and Kundalini Yoga with codes of the body and practices from new paradigms, I offer practices, workshops and new conscious experiences of navigating what it means to be human on this planet as the frequency rises.
With Sound Healing practice, I offer individual sessions, workshops, and group sound baths using a variety of instruments such as crystal singing bowls and gongs. I am passionate about sharing the transformative power of sound and helping people connect with their inner selves through the healing vibrations of sound.
